In general, returns are not accepted. However, there are certain exceptions listed below.

- In the unlikely event that the wrong product is delivered, it may be returned or exchanged.
- If an item is not received and appropriate proof of non-delivery is provided by 5 days after expected delivery date.
- Customized items are absolutely not returnable, as a proof will be provided before delivery.
